1. Recruitment & Selection
- To recruit high quality staff;
- To handle on process of new staff recruitment (interview, evaluation,
and control);
- To ensure staff recruitment are fulfilled on time as department
requested;
- To assist in developing recruitment strategy, retention strategy;
- To assist in developing recruitment & selection policy;
2. Staff Training & Development
- To lead and facilitate on Training Need Assessment (TNA) and develop
the calendar for internal & external sources;
- To provide orientation program to all staff to ensure well induced and communicated
about corporate cultures of JFC;
- To provide staff training in soft skills for staff capacity
development;
- To develop training report and monthly report;
- To be understood the role of position and department;
3.Staff Evaluation

To coordinate on probation's evaluation and KPI Setting.
- To manage on yearly evaluation
4. Other task will be assigned by the management.
