1. Recruitment & Selection

  • To recruit high quality staff;
  • To handle on process of new staff recruitment (interview, evaluation, and control);
  • To ensure staff recruitment are fulfilled on time as department requested;
  • To assist in developing recruitment strategy, retention strategy;
  • To assist in developing recruitment & selection policy;

2. Staff Training & Development

  • To lead and facilitate on Training Need Assessment (TNA) and develop the calendar for internal & external sources;
  • To provide orientation program to all staff to ensure well induced and communicated about corporate cultures of JFC;
  • To provide staff training in soft skills for staff capacity development;
  • To develop training report and monthly report;
  • To be understood the role of position and department;

3.Staff Evaluation

  • To coordinate on probation's evaluation and KPI Setting.
  • To manage on yearly evaluation

4. Other task will be assigned by the management.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field;
  • At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources, Admin, Recruitment, Training or any related field;
  • Proficiency in English language for both writing, speaking and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Email;
  • Effectively solve the problem and high commitment;
  • Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality;
  • Positive attitude, honest and willing to work hard;

  • Salary ( Negotiation );
  • Working hour: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm;
  • Working day: Monday to Friday (break 1 hour for lunch);
  • 30$ per month for traveling from home to work;
  • 300$ for Staff's Baby Delivery both male staff and female staff;
  • 100$ for Staff’s Marriage;
  • 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
  • 200% Overtime on public holiday;
  • 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public holiday;
  • 50$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 50$ per child/ year;
  • Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit;
  • Staff’s lease with low interest rate;
  • Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company;
  • HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor;
  • Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
