• Manage/control team and department
• Prepare/review to any kind of documents (policy, contracts… etc)
• Provide legal consultant and legal advice
• Make decision and find solution to solve problem to support operation
• Communicate with another department to support, and find out problem
• Communicate with cooperate governor (NBC, MOC … etc.)
• Make/analyse action plan for team and company to comply law and support operation
• Other task assignment by Management

• At least 2 years working experience on legal, compliances, risk, audit related to bank or finance institute
• At least Bachelor degree in Law, Finance Bank and related fields
• Knowledge of Legal/compliance/AML/CFT requirement/obligation relevant to laws and regulation
• Flexible on solving problem to make balance between compliance and operation
• Good comprehensive English

  • Salary (Negotiation);
  • Working hour: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm;
  • Working day: Monday to Friday (break 1 hour for lunch);
  • 30$ per month for Traveling from home to work;
  • 300$ for staff Baby Delivery both male staff and female staff;
  • 100$ for staff’s Marriage;
  • 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
  • 200% Overtime on public holiday;
  • 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public holiday;
  • 200$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 100$ per child/ year;
  • Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit;
  • Staff’s lease with low interest rate;
  • Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company;
  • HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor;
  • Bonus depend on company policy;
  • Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
