• Understand the whole process of staff performance evaluation.
• Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (Example: forms and templates, communications).
• Assist on developing tools, any supporting materials, or training to help employees and their line managers in their evaluation process.
• Work closely with department manager to collect staff KPI after passed probation.
• Manage and track the important report for staff performance evaluation.
• Assist on developing Performance Management System and provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation.
• Work with vendor and IT team to ensure that HR system is running smoothly.
• Support Line Manager to review and update HR policies, procedures, manual and flowchart, memorandum, instruction or guidelines, and other human resources materials.
• Other tasks will be assigned from Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or other filed that related to this position.
• Strong of English language and excel skill.
• Can work under pressure, independent, commitment, good communication, teamwork, honestly, and willing to learn something new.
• Minimum of 2-year experience in a similar position
• Experiences on staff performance management and hold the system concept.

• Salary: Negotiable
• Working hour: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Work from Monday to Friday;
• 30$ per month for traveling from home to work.
• 300$ for staff Baby Delivery both male staff and female staff.
• 100$ for staff’s Marriage.
• 100$ for Funeral Contribution.
• 200% Overtime on public holiday.
• 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public Holiday.
• 200$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 100$ per child/ year.
• Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company.
• Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year).
• Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit.
• Staff’s loan with low interest rate.
• Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company.
• HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor.
• Bonuses depend on company policy.
• Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
