  • To call overdue customers or relevant party for pushing payment;
  • To prepare weekly on collection activities plan, and be responsible for phone and field collection;
  • To perform field collection activities according to line manager's instructions;
  • To build communication with the local authority;
  • To provide practical solution for collection activities;
  • To monitor the responsible overdue customers closely and report to line manager;
  • To prepare the application form for bad debt and write off customers;
  • To provide support to other departments of the company;
  • To conduct motorbike repossession from the delinquent customers for selling;
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.

  • Fresh graduate or Bachelor degree of finance and banking, accounting, or related field;
  • At least 1-year work experience in MFI or Banking as field collection;
  • Positive attitude, honestly, and willing to work hard with high commitment;
  • Confident, Flexible and Creative;
  • Effectively solve the problem;
  • Flexible on collection activities and strongly to support the teamwork;
  • Fair knowledge of English and Ms. Word, Excel, Email.

  • Salary (Negotiable)
  • Work from Monday to Saturday (Day Off: Sunday and 01-day rotation);
  • Working hour: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM;
  • 40$ per month on Gasoline allowance;
  • 30$ per month for traveling from home to work;
  • 25$ per month for motor rental;
  • 300$ for Staff's baby delivery both male staff and female staff;
  • 100$ for Staff’s marriage;
  • 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
  • 200% Overtime on public holiday;
  • 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days sick leave, 7 days special leave, public holiday;
  • 50$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 50$ per child/ year;
  • 1 time per year on Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit;
  • Staff’s lease with low interest rate;
  • Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company;
  • HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor;
  • Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
